Giuliano Benazzi is since 40 years in mushrooms branch and thanks to his great experience has created a firm specialized in the harvesting and selection of dried  “porcini” mushrooms (boletus edulis). They come exclusively from Europe, without powder, moths, daily checked by an expert mycologist and selected  by an expert staff into different types: commercial, special and extra line

We produce Genoese  Pesto  for catering, retail, fresh and long  shelf-life. We pack in Private Label for  Italian and foreign customers.

In our laboratory we produce:

  • Genoese fresh  Pesto  Riviera Ligure    “Perla”, produced with vegetal margarine, exclusively genovese basil, pinenuts, walnuts  and sunflower oil. It has creamy consistence, light green colour and children suitable as it is very delicate. We can produce it without garlic, our 2008 novelty,
  • Genoese fresh  Pesto  typical recipe  “Benazzi” produced only with  D.O.P.  (origin control) raw materials with a stronger taste, a darker green, because rich in extra virgin olive oil  and very tasty.
  • Biological Genoese fresh  Pesto “Perla” and  long shel-life, produced with 100% organic raw materials certified by  ICEA  a control authority
  • Genoese Pesto  Portofino  that due to its water activity has a  1 year shelf-life  without pasteurizing it  so that  the Genoese basil D.O.P. and the other raw materials keep their typical colours and taste.
  • Genoese pesto gluten free fresh and at long preservation.

 

  • PestoNoce “ Benazzi”, fresh sauce, produced with Genoese pesto typical receipt ( ingredients D.O.P. ) and walnut sauce. Ready to eat with pasta and fresh past

Sauces  are produced  according to the European in force laws and health  authorization; In our offices a quality supervisor Doctor operates  picking a sample  of each product to be analized
