Totally washed from soil, dust and butterflies, they are ideal for preparing sauces, risotto, roasted; with polenta or as a side dish.

The dried boletus mushrooms are available in three types of product: commercial (sections of mushroom, even in pieces, with color ranging from light brown to dark brown), special (sections of cap and / or stem; the color is cream and hazelnut) extra (slices and / or sections of cap and / or stem; the color is white and cream).
