Founded in 1981 by the Benazzi family, the company “Perla” from Santa Margherita Ligure, in the lands of Portofino, is now a reference point for lovers of genoese pesto, made with basil DOP and famous around the world for its unique flavor.

Besides pesto, Perla is known for its walnuts sauce, ideal with the typical “pansotti”, but also for unique and exclusive products such as red pesto and pesto with hazelnuts, for dried boletus mushrooms and for the extra virgin olive oil, particularly suitable for fish dishes and seafood salads.
